DELARATION
I agree to the following conditions governing grant of Import Licence for transmitting / transreceiving apparatus:
(1) As possession of wireless equipment with a licence is an offence, application for possession of a licence will be made to the Zone Communication authorities, on getting equipment cleared from the customs.
(2) That the set will be operated only with an operating licence issued by the Ministry of Communications.
(3) That the grant of an import licence does not mean that an operating licence will also be granted to me.
(4) That full technical details including frequency on which that set works and R.F. power out put of the set will be intimated immediately after its clearance from Customs.
(5) That I am prepared to pay on demand royalty fee at the rate to be decided by Government in addition to the operating licence fee of Rs. 60.00/- per annum or a portion thereof, in case the set is used for commercial purpose and/or R.F. power output is found to be more than 100MW.
